I was taught to be the nice, obedient girl, but these days, I'm a lot more likely to stand up for myself. Still learning to fight against a corrupt world.
 
I still remember how angry I felt when a female nurse invalidated my concerns about vaginal bleeding due to my sexually abusive father. God, I want to fucking punch her until she bleeds.
