To Whom It May Concern,
Trusting any government to justly and adequately cure world hunger by giving them billions is not the right avenue.
I mean, you really think they don't have access to that kind of money anyways? Lol
That's why there is world hunger to begin with.
Get to ground level citizens, where real people exist that would distribute with their hearts and not their agendas.
