A poet's Delight

***Poetic Delight***
My delight is right
It is a poetry to write
Something very light
A Dragonfly's flight
A pure wide landscape
A blinding mirror of snow white
 
What the delight
In a pretty sight
A kite swimming
Within ethereal flight
 
What a delight,!!!
In the long Summer's night
A quiet dark starred sky
Sleeping in the moonlight
With crickets out of sight
chanting beneath the vines
 
And when the glooms
Unfurls on a bright dazzling light
The perfect queen a round face
Sends a morning smile on earth
Leaving the Orb in heaven's mirth
 
A pleasure got and felt
A nimble rooster's scream
Awakening the dormant stream
Echoing cheers thru the hills
Arising the lazy sun flower
Still lounging in her shady bower
 
And the cliffs fill with atmosphere
Between hills the vision is clear
The air sways hung to ethereal string
A joyous bird skylarking with grace
Within the void, the moment is still
 
And, in the far blue yonder,
Where the pathways meander,
Up to the foot of the grand mountain,
Down by which, crimson dots glimmer
The far-off village, sleeps by the canyon.
 
The dale snakes through the plains
And its line in the distance, wanes
To the misty skyline where the sight ends
