Pause, rewind and replay
Marked by an endless kiss
followed by unspoken bliss
each day another near miss
sweet nothing, is all it is
Smile the pretence all away
hide the hurt walked away
wish to God I can not stay
I relive this picture every day
Pause, rewind and replay...
It's so hard to let this go
yes replaced by the no
wished so much it isn't so
but this is all I'll ever know.

I like this best, but I've only read two poems here so far, lul. Don't take me as a stalker or interested in you in a lover's romantic kind of way. I'm just posting a response to your poem! lol. I almost rolled my eyes but you brought my interest back right at the end. I like how the title was used in the poem and your poetic words were conceptualized within the poem and brought it back to the title! Even at the end... pfft... repeat. Well, I hope not. Less it was a good love or infatuation. I had repeating thoughts of any nature. Especially memories that repeat over and over again. ;)
