OMG! My brother, who served in the Coast Guard for 20 years, goes on at least 3 cruises a year. He has begged to take me on one, and I'm like, NOPE with a capital N. I am terrified of dark water. I am sure there's a reason buried deep in a past life! But, unless I can see where I'm stepping - nope.

lolol! Don't get me wrong, I love water - I am a water-baby and swim like a fish without ever having a swimming lesson. It's just that I need to see the bottom of wherever I am swimming to feel safe. Rivers? Eck! Mountain streams - oh yeah! They're cold AF but clear as crystal. The Ocean - Hell to the No!
