I like this, because of the awareness of struggles in relationships. It's easy to fail, and your expectations in this offer an almost safety zone, even if they sound doubtful. Good way to use a sense of irony. It's like instead of building someone up to be perfect, you expect them to be human, and to share in the sacrifice of struggle that it takes to be honest in a relationship. Good write. Though succinct, I think it packs a punch. In my reading list it goes.
