Going to war with yourself to fix yourself

Fighting deep within,
Shadows whisper in my mind,
Battles of the soul.

Each scar tells a tale,
I stand on the edge of thought,
Brave heart beats alone.

Night falls on my doubts,
Fury clashes with my fears,
A dance with my past.

In silence, I break-
Pieces scattered on the floor,
Hope begins to rise.

Emerging through pain,
I find strength I didn’t know,
A warrior blooms.
