Marriage of Elders
Here before us stand two souls, their hair glistening like threads of moonlight, each strand a testament to the knowledge and serenity earned through the years. Their voices, rich with the timbre of experience, echo the depths of life's embrace—joys and struggles of life formed into beautiful people still able to dance.
With love's fire yet untamed, as they join hands, we are reminded that the fire of love knows no age—it dances in the hearts of the young and the old with equal fervor. Their wisdom, a beacon of light, guides them in their journey together.
Tonight, they’ll spread their seasoned gifts for one another as life defies its death. Together, they offer to each other the most precious gifts of all—their life experiences, their laughter, their tears, and the boundless depths of their love.
And so, as they prepare to speak the vows that will bind their hearts for all the days to come, let us hold them in our love and support. May their words not only be a pledge to each other but also a beacon for all of us, a reminder that love, in its truest form, is timeless and ageless.
