No One
No one cares what I say
I say it everyday and twice on Sundays
Do you hear what I say when you look away from me
I hear what you say even in my sleep and my
Not nightmares
Wake up in the middle of the day
Try to find a compass
I hear what you mean even in the in between
I see what you see in your daydreams
I realize it’s not a dream but real life
No one hears me so I scream
Yell out from the rooftops
And to the ocean
But no one hears my plea to save me
But no one hears the plea that sets me free
Sit in silence hope someone hears my cry
Sit in silence between my two ears
So I scream out once again
I demand you pay attention
To my words they have meaning
Especially coming from a little kid
I say it everyday and twice on Sundays
Do you hear what I say when you look away from me
I hear what you say even in my sleep and my
Not nightmares
Wake up in the middle of the day
Try to find a compass
I hear what you mean even in the in between
I see what you see in your daydreams
I realize it’s not a dream but real life
No one hears me so I scream
Yell out from the rooftops
And to the ocean
But no one hears my plea to save me
But no one hears the plea that sets me free
Sit in silence hope someone hears my cry
Sit in silence between my two ears
So I scream out once again
I demand you pay attention
To my words they have meaning
Especially coming from a little kid
