running track (high school)

i was
remembering
back
before i
became
disabled,
to my
high school
days
when i
ran track,

maybe not
so much
as running
track,
more like
just
running
behind
the girl's
team,

apparently,
i wasn't
that fast,
i never
caught
any of
them,
but i
was able
to catch
one slow
cheerleader.
