After watching a documentary which was heartbreaking about the desperate plight of Women who are often forced into prostitution whether it to pay bills, sadly drug addiction and shockingly students to pay off there student fees, another sad subject in this sometimes cruel World.

Brilliantly written, Pete. Into the list it belongs. It is heartbreaking indeed. Thanks for sharing this on a subject that needs more intention. Great song choice, love The Police. Especially " Murder By Numbers," I think it was a brilliant song. Appreciate you.

The subject you speak of, and skillfully write about, is a rough part of life not many would like to talk about unless it affects their neighborhood. Dancers, sex workers, and trafficked women - I'm sure - detest what they have to do. The loss of dignity, and in a lot of cases, the loss of a women's life - think Green River Killer and Gilgo Beach Killer to name only two - is often overlooked and most times forgotten. The lack of concern among the men who patron these women is a big part of the problem.
