Open to receive
I stand at the window and stare out
and feel that I found what my life is about
Like into the cup the water we give
My heart is open to receive
Whenever I stop to open and feel
And let everything just be as it is
I feel that the world and I made a new deal
It's become my lover and greets me with a kiss
And finally I feel that I turned from death
and finally I feel I am ready to live
For whatever life will give
I am open to receive
and feel that I found what my life is about

The last few days I found a deep peace in accepting my life, my feelings, my thoughts, my body, my work, my social connections, everything, as it is, without judgment, without grasping, without pushing anything away. May all who read this find the same peace in their hearts. This is a peace that is only a breath and an internal opening away.
