Putting matches to literature
Telling them you can’t be gay

Down in Texas wheelchair of cruelty
Letting little school kids be mowed down
Or freezing with no power

As cops in the hallway on their phones
Are afraid of a one man killing machine

He’s giving permits to kill out like candy
As he restricts mommies rights

Who can go lower in the cesspool
Meatball Ron or Texas Greg

Or any other red state
Taking our rights away

Talking about freedom
You don’t get any from them
As the libraries close

Never thought libraries
Would be the new Blockbuster

How is this what parents want for their kids
Being dumbed down
Like they have lobotomies
Or puppies with guns
