Twinkle in the eye
I can feel it ,
Gripping,
Tightening hands around my inner psychey,
Changing whatever was left of the child that resided within.
My refection once had a glimmer in its eye , a twinkle in its smile and an aura of something so beautiful words can never explain.
Obsessions carry me
Friends drop me
Solidarity smothers me
My pillow calls for me
A screen then keeps me awake
I've lost my child
Outgrown my dreams
Ive given up on what made me
Me .

Yes, we grow up,lose innocence...and as life is cruel to most of us ,so we have a lot of trying times...but plz never give up...
My life isn't great either ..so many times I felt like giving up...but when I look around n see there are many who are less fortunate than me ...then only I have gratitude to the universe to offer...I have stopped saying "why me?"
