Cashing In

Accumulating sins like lint on a second-hand
cashmere sweater indulging my eyes pandering
bimbos at Purgatory's Drivethru and Diners
canceling debts and cashing in my Poker Chips
waiting for Mr. Big to punch my Pass Goal Free
Card

I could get used to all this mascara covering up
veins and Harley Davidson tattoos. But do I have
to leave my mind's prosthesis behind or Mama
who is on the second shelf in the refrigerator
in a Tupperware container, dated, 1976
