Therefore I Am - with Everavalon
The sound of silence therefore I am
peeling the flesh thinking it's wallpaper.
Closing my eyes, to voices in my head,
they are coming, robbing me of my soul
as I open my eyes. A shadow weeps
and then dies procuring the nothing
— with a lilt of opacity percolating
in this absence of will. Breaking task
with a desolate mask. Measuring obscurity
with a fine tooth. I wept many tears in the
gloaming, though ashen and twisted.
This feathered knot is misbehaving.
