The Judge The Jury The Executioner
Visiting my favorite bar again
Drinking away my lifes demons
Laughing with a devilish grin
Quickly my tolerance weakens
Reluctantly I give myself consent
To leave the bar for many reasons
It's at this point in time when
The plot thickens and it deepens
Heading home on stumbling feet
I shortcut down a dark deadly lane
Haunting chills fill the empty street
My instincts no longer can I restrain
Screams echo on the cold concrete
In the distance a victim slain
Face to face with eyes of deceit
Of a man consumed by disdain
A moment of shock sent a chill
A perfect reflection in the mirror
A spitting image of me stood still
Into focus becoming clearer
My doppleganger has just killed
Never was death ever nearer
The knife dropped with blood spilled
Numbing me with shivers of fear
Sirens sounding and flashing lights
As I was frozen in place and time
Chaos enraged this darkened night
A victim of this violent crime
Sobering up and feeling contrite
With repentance I'm sublime
Finding my innocence to rewrite
My alibi is an uphill climb
Now facing a lifetime sentence
Named the executioner I'm arrested
Eight victims killed in my vengeance
Mass murderer has been suggested
Praying to my maker for repentance
Leniency from the jury I requested
Isolated in my own independence
Despite my soul being infested
I was at the wrong time and place
After drinking away my life of lies
An unfortunate circumstance and case
Drowning myself in sorrows I despise
My memories I try to displace
Astonished and to my surprise
I look up and see the judges face
And my dopplegangers deceiftul eyes
I screamed out in the silence
He's the killer you're looking for
He committed these acts of violence
Never have I been so sure
The judge yells back in utter defiance
While hiding in his robe obscure
Living in denial is your misguidance
Guilty guilty to the jury he implores
Drinking away my lifes demons
Laughing with a devilish grin
Quickly my tolerance weakens
Reluctantly I give myself consent
To leave the bar for many reasons
