The Scar Of The Moon
Moon
in the dark wide sky
the moon is sitting
a highlighted beauty
an aura around the queen
awfully, do i spy
serene on her throne
admired among the sparkling stars
a face with the most beautiful scar
against the dark space,
she silently sails
confident across the darkness
a while past, it came closer
and the scar too much deeper
too much good-looking
a charming flaw of the wiser
the dawn came closer
the moon left the darkness
bent on the west like the sun
and left so many glimmering stars
in a pitch black dismal universe..
