THE DARK SIDE

What does it mean to be trapped, inside a world 🌎 that you have no idea how you got there? Within this very space that is unfamiliar to you. YET there you are trapped, into this very remote world of nothing but darkness. 🤔 I know I haven't spoken on this subject in awhile, but I felt it very necessary to put it in it's right prospective. Maybe shine
some light on this message of mental health, which affects some of us in different ways. For sure there are those of us who suffer, just trying to make sense of it 😔 when we have good days and bad nights. Yet still all we need is a blessing from, a helping hand of kindness and support and understanding. For all the meds and alcohol and drugs won't, be the answer that you need to sustain your thoughts and insight into your life. For let's face the true facts about mental health, and it's affect of the disease on society and the mind and heart and spiritual soul. For example sometimes we have to learn to understand, the damages that it causes to just trying to be living a normal life, amongst the living and the shadows of the truth of Darkness.
