PG the hood that raised me
1984 Year that I was born
In PG arms is where I layed
State where we do errverything big
Big hair, cars, and rims
Nails colors 32 flavors and some
Guys in leather shorts and fresh kicks
Girls wearing jellies and short shorts, maxi dresses
No need for injections, no matter the size you got it flaunt it
Peacock colored hair extentions
Summer time flowery exotic scents floating thru the local bazaar
Every guy takes a glimpse what your advertising
Anyone and everyone selling something
Oil perfumes 2 for a specific yet affordable price
Interior Design, Avon, & Mary Kay all the Door to Door Household names
Brae Loch we knew everyone
We all made it off the block
Williams Chicken off Masters dinner time
St Augustine my home and grade school reside
It was all Hood, riding my Ten Speed thru all the cross streets
Running from all the stray dogs down the backs of Alleys
Standing in Goody's after school
Arizona Tea and sour candy
No discrimination toward the walking
Being a pedestrian was just temporary but common
Frozen Lemonade walking down the street
Pretty girls get all the stares ugly chicks brown bag
Jumping fences before ten
Something I never quite grasped
Live Life out loud, nothing were not proud of
Tupac blasting when we pull up to school
Head to the park, the Doctor's office Elam was the place for that
Home of the Brave
Loved all my teachers
They loved me too
Church was the club
We all had to believe just to leave
High rise and become something
Always been a big Dreamer
You gotta believe in something or stand for nothing

Leaving 2002 not the easiest move
Could I ever forget, never
Would I do it all again
