Epidemic

This generations minds have been replaced  
Void of thought and intelligence erased  
Targets of a complex algorithm    
Victims of domestic terrorism    
   
Governing bodies now less restrictive    
Systematic results are predictive    
As they become another statistic    
Painful results that are cataclysmic    
   
Fueled by many legalized addictions  
Addicts filled with a life of affliction  
Temptations and a thirst for attention  
No understanding or comprehension    
   
Society is playing a cruel trick
