Step into the sea
in all my glory,
There's no finer way
makes me feel O.K.,
when cold on my skin
next feels warm within,
and in such good mood,
I forget I'm nude.
At one with nature
when I so venture.

So I’ve got 5.5 years to work up my courage…
At the time it was a bucket list wish that had grown on me the previous few years, but greatest spur was feeling happy about my body having in the previous year lived through three minor health scares (all proved negative). This is a link to a poem I posted in DUP following the event:

Bucket lists are important. I’ve completed a few. I renamed mine though:
“It’s A New Day, I’m Going To…”
It just seemed more positive.

I find a respect, no body shaming, on naturist beaches among users. This week I skinny dipped, at 65, at that favourite beach of mine, most of its users were 50+ age ranged, no raucous teens. there were two couples in the water same time, wives bless them both noticeably fatter than me.

Brave one you are. Where I live, there are crabs n fish with teeth that frequent the shallows after dark; which the only time I would consider being au naturale in public waters

My nearest beach is in Wales and is not a haven for sharks and crabs, but do beware of jellyfish that are some days washed up.

Noo! I live a couple of hours from a nude beach and my friends and I went in our 20s... It's a no. Burnt boobers man. But this was cute.

I am just snow seeing this my poet and it softly soothes my intellect. I must bow to your ink spills and your uncanny craft how you can make a beautiful piece out of less words

In a heatwave which is forecast to be drenched in rain over next 24 hrs. The kind of weather that if I wasn't working today would have me driving to my nearest nude beach.
