It sneaks and it spies

It can gain an army

If you were to slice off its head
I’m sure it would grow back
For it never gives up
It refuses to quit
 
It lies and it cheats
And laughs when you’re dying
It sits and it schemes
A way to finish you off
 
It tells you you’re wrong
And makes you feel crazy
It whispers to people
Destroying your name
 
It takes its victims
To a solitary place
And controls their minds
So they chose to stay
 
It can turn a whole village
Against you
