Frontopolar Cortex Is Never Easy

I lie when I write.  
When I'm angry, I speak peace.  
When I'm heartbroken, I speak of love that is strong.  
Science says when we go against the things we want to do, opting for the things we ought to do instead ( what we know is right) a certain area of our brain grows.
