Going Going Going

I was just talking to a friend earlier and we somehow got to talking about having a sense of humor. How some people seem not to have one and how vital it is to us. My sense of humor and sarcasm is what gets me through. Im pretty much alone 24/7 and have been for the last year and a half. Was telling him how I find myself just laughing about shit all by myself and then realize I'm laughing all alone and then start laughing about that. I completely relate to that.

Yes, you do need care. Make sure that part of working on yourself is also taking care of yourself. Eating, sleeping and also doing some things you find enjoyable. All work and no play makes moony a dull girl. Life is about trying to find a balance between the things we need and the things we want.

If that is your eyes, they don't look dead. They look tired. The dead don't get tired. Tired is a sign of life. Even negative feelings are a sign of life. Try to sleep where you can. If you can't get a full night straight then become a prolific napper. Make sure to eat because that will help with energy and fighting the feeling of being run down as well. If you can't eat 3 full meals a day, eat 6 or 8 smaller meals. Find ways to work around your limitations. You must take care of yourself physically as well.

Hang in there girl. It will get better. It's always darkest right before the dawn. I see you putting in work and I'm proud of you.  <3

Honestly humor is one of the best coping mechanisms. I laugh at myself for laughing by myself LOL. Definitely working hard to make sure I’m being cared for. Thank you so much for your advice. :)

Mooney, I agree with Rob your eyes do not look dead to me. Tired yes, not dead. I can be a bit of a clown at times, and I was told I can be bit sarcastic at work with a smile.
