NHS INCOMPETENCE    
   
Up to just short of 200 bullshit statements in my medical records have now been amended.    
And I still have more notes to go through..    
   
That is fucking ridiculous nhs.. The nhs team leader of mental health, eating disorders and the supervisor of the police sex crimes have debunked all those physical and mental health medical issues and have stood up for me. Especially in regard to a serious crime that occurred decades ago..   ..
 
  NHS.. I have never drunk from a "waterspout" , I am afraid I very much worked for Lilliput lane and border fine arts, I do not hand wash my clothes I use the launderette, I have a very good heating system, I do not use my fire, as stated, except, as stated, in SOS situations.. The NHS stated I was lying about that and the proof was that there was wood in the conservatory 2018 (it is still there), the hole you insist I dug in my living room is a basement, the court case between Bulman and I was not a persecution delusion, I have never been to Singapore, your insistence that I am lying about my outdoor fitness on one hand then commenting that I was covered in mud and my boots were falling apart contradicts its self, nhs There is no way I could have done 1% of my physical activities if I survived on nibbling barley and vegetable stew then shitting it all out my ass.. Or the other end..      
   
Pages and pages of information, documentation, photos, emails, NHS/Police complaints professional standards “UPHELD” statements and  thousands of my own words have now been introduced into my medical notes in order to contradict, overwhelm and debunk  the previous information.    
   
Short of 200..  
 
No mental illness, no eating disorders, no shits in a box and sends it to charity, no "gone camping in the woods with a few biscuits and a shower curtain", no drinking from "water spouts", no delusions, no derangement, no psychosis, no schizophrenia. Etc..  
   
No wonder the DVLA took my side of the story over ALL of your bullshit..    
No wonder the courts refused to prosecute me on your behalf..
