Same. Wish I had some insight for you on this but I haven't been able to figure this one out. It could be some medication you're on or like in my case, your mind constantly racing and overwhelmed by thoughts. The first can be solved by perhaps switching meds. The second... if you figure it out please share with me.

Honestly I don't think it's the medicine. That's a lie, it could totally be the meds but I've felt so good on these meds that I truly don't want to go through the struggle of finding new meds. I don't think anyone can figure out the second one, but I try to help it by having lavender spray by my bed to just spray litterlly everywhere and then I sleep with either pink, dark, or brown noise ALL night. I don't sleep all night, but it does help a lot.

Have you tried any kind of tea. I don't know if it like tea but like a chamomile. Also, melatonin helps with that a bit too. Maybe not too use it all the time but just to help you get some sctual decent restful sleep once in a while. Some ideas for ya.

I adore tea. My doctors don't let me take melatonin for health reasons, but thank you. I might go have some tea right now.

I also really like tea. Fuckit. I love tea. Warm milk is another old school (like my grandmother's era) sleep time drink.

Yes! I love to mix cinnamon, honey and vanilla together, then put warm milk and stir it all together. It's so comforting and delicious.

Yea i think a lot of times, and what i learned as a parent, is routine before bed can make a huge difference too. Some set list of things you do every single night just before bed so that your body knows its time to shut down. Your body learns routines.  

I'm just thinking of some suggestions for you.
