CARRION WAY

O Mother, O Father
I'm shackled to this burden
Weighing heavy on me
Thorns around me are burning

The soil is caving in
Beneath my feet
And my walls are coming up

Tell myself
That this hell
Is temporary

Can't help but to hold onto hope again
I wish I could live another's skin

Insane - every choice ends in tragedy
TRAVESTY
The pain - experience new agony

O Sisters, O Brother
I hate to be a failure
Just another lost cause
The days are growing paler

This vessel is broken
And weeping blood
Bones lay shattered in this flesh

Tell myself
That this hell
Is temporary

Do not tell me that it's everlasting
Drain me empty and leave me with nothing

Insane - every choice ends in tragedy
TRAVESTY
The pain - experience new agony
AGONY
I cannot stop this feeling
Of ominous doom
In vain - hungry vultures are circling
CIRCLING
Insane - believe it's the carrion way
CARRION WAY

way to the grave

If I were to leave a note
Before the swinging rope
It would say
"I love you all
But I'm ready to go"

Tell myself
That this hell
Is temporary

Insane - every choice ends in tragedy
TRAVESTY
The pain - experience new agony
AGONY
I cannot stop this feeling
Of ominous doom
In vain - hungry vultures are circling
CIRCLING
Insane - believe it's the carrion way
CARRION WAY
