Throwing Up Bugs

Hey girl. Yes, sadness and wallowing is stagnant. Its a pitfall, a trap we get stuck in. But we must remember that the key to the trap is in our possession. The only thing that keeps us there is us. We are the gatekeeper and the key master. This is why I stress to you that you should keep pressing forward. Focus on what is right in front of you and move ever towards it. As long as you allow yourself to be stagnant, you will never escape the pain.    
   
This is not some self righteous speech. None of my comments are. This is someone who walks a similar path as you. Someone who also struggles and has since childhood. Someome who needs to hear the things I say to you just as much as you do. I'll say it again. You are not alone. We are not alone.

You’re right. It’s hella hard to walk away from the sadness, even if I am truly happy. It’s because it’s known and comforting. We are not alone. We got this.
