Puns, Guns, & Raising Suns
An Army of one without packing a gun
Instead of eclipsing, I'd rather raise Suns
A creative pun spun in just the write way
Is like a million in one guns aiming to spray
Both used to convey and relay messages
Pay attention to the captions of the images
Taking pilgrimages within via introspection
Escaping life's battefields for recuperation
A resurrection of motivation to continue to march
After living a life of service like the Golden arches
Cause stopwatches have no impact on the progression of time
I pause for the cause through the utilization of rhymes
Alliteration creates the illusion of a rhythmic flow
I usually don't even know which direction I'm about to go
So, I use the last line to create the next line to keep it dress right dressed
Keeping my poetry tidy so somebody can make sense of my creative mess

Hopefully, if my poetic words still somehow exist then, they'll have a positive impact and enlighten folks to what was going on during our time on this Earth. Nina Simone is famously quoted as stating that an artist's duty is to reflect the times. How bout you CS? Thank you for leaving a comment/feedback on so many of my poems.

No problem. I feel my poetry will show life on multiple levels good, bad or indifferent. No matter what hopefully some form of knowledge can be gained to make an individuals life better.
