the star

No matter how dark or corrupted life around us is there are always some aspect of life that shines through it all, that shines like a star in the city full of blinding light. but despite the cities blinding lights it continues to shine for all to see, a star which shines brighter then light itself and brings hope and dreams to all who see it. a star that can enlighten even the most corrupted and depressed, a star that will continue to shine forever more... no it will shine for all eternity so that when our decedents are born and as they grow they to can gaze upon that very star and feel the same hopes and dreams their ancestors felt all those years ago.
