Sneaky peek.

I..d like to take a moment,to talk to all the fellers.
My fellow one track minders,the mental gutter dwellers.
Who when talking to a woman in a slightly low cut dress,
find their glances drifting from her eyes to her breasts.
She might be saying she..s a doctor,who..s now studying for the bar,
you give a nod of interest , thinking,she..s not wearing a bra.
And God help us if she..s dressed to kill in something more revealing,
our casual downward glances turn to something more like leering.
She could be telling me the cure for cancer,
or how to bring world peace about,
but all thats going through my mind is,
please, God ,let just one of them fall out.
Is it ok to look for a second,or ten,or somewhere in the middle?
Mental note to self,"apparentley",its rude to stare and dribble.
I appologise to the long suffering women in our lives,
your, sisters and the friends,the lovers and the wives.
It must be hard to deal with blokes,especially after beer,
when you have to start each sentence with,"excuse me,im up here"
We..re weak and pathetic,we should be pitied not despised,
if you catch us having a sneaky peek,we shouldnt be chastised.
We..re slaves to biology,poor victims of our hormones,
proximity to clevage causes dropping of our jawbones.
I remember seeing an article on it by Dr Mirriam Stoppard,
who,incidentally,for an older bird has quite a tasty top half.
I..ll try much harder in future,but nature..s hard to flout,
and i..m bound to take a sneaky peek if your going to have em out.
