Watching you fade

I watched you leave me mentally in your eyes
While the white in your eyes starts to slowly turn yellow
The bruises you left on my heart from watching you drink your life away
The being dragged physically because your heart and head weren’t in the same place
Watching you drink away my love for you
You left me with tears in my eyes and empty beer cans everywhere
I can’t even move them
It’s the only thing I remember of you since it’s the only thing you did around me
I miss sober you
But god am i relieved of the drunk you being gone
