A STRIP AND DIP
I'm going for a strip-and-dip,
bare skinned into the sea I'll nip,
recharge in the briny waters
with the fairest of Eve's daughters.
I walk towards the tidal swell
vulnerably au naturel,
self immersing gradually
until my head is all you'll see.
My step will have a hop and skip
back on the dry land from that dip.
It is so revitalising.
I feel like tree with sap rising.
