A Why In Every While
Ah, how high i am taken !
When i read about Nature
And then, terribly shaken
To read a poem of self-torture
How desperate, then i feel !
To know you are barely twenty
But the joys of life you kill
While your blessings grow plenty
Shall you some day wake up and see
Your life's been vainly wasted
Between drugs, flesh and fake poetry
Finally, alas! nothing sweetly tasted
You have the power to break the walls
No regrets of the bad life and past
When you give deaf ear to evil's calls
Start from today, leave fuss and lust
Why would you then, always confess
When tomorrow, will be the same rite
Regrets you feel wont clean the mess
You still drown in dark perpetual night
A bad habit can make one see the truth
Like a false evidence, within a clever lie
While an evident lie, will seem plainly true
When served wickedly with a foxy smile
I have so many whys,
While you're in pain
Your unjustified cries
What for then to complain
And so, you have life and health
A mansion, a youthful life ahead
You eat caviar, you wallow in wealth
Until finally, you lost your head
Be humanly wise and look around
Pull up the shutters of your eyes
You spent too much life dreaming
Time to wake up, true life is running outside
When i read about Nature
And then, terribly shaken
To read a poem of self-torture
How desperate, then i feel !
To know you are barely twenty
But the joys of life you kill
While your blessings grow plenty
Shall you some day wake up and see
Your life's been vainly wasted
Between drugs, flesh and fake poetry
Finally, alas! nothing sweetly tasted
