Regarding your earlier email about Susan, I haven't seen her in several weeks. I’ll check on her and see if we can visit again. Please let me know if there's anything I can do to help heal your relationship with her. I understand it might seem absurd after everything we've been through, but if there's a chance to mend things and make both of you happier, I'm willing to try.

On a happier note, I wanted to extend an invitation to you to join me at my baby shower on April 26, which will be hosted by my co-workers. Having you there to celebrate this special occasion would mean a lot to me.

I also want to thank you for your kindness and understanding toward my fiancé, Joseph. Your support and acceptance mean a lot to both of us.

I appreciate your willingness to help mend that relationship, but unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll every be together again. We’ve both moved on and that’s probably for the best. If you do see her, tell her I wish her the best and would enjoy a short visit sometime.
