Strong like a mountain
Following the breath
Is like a fountain
It makes me strong
Strong like a mountain
Because for over two thousand years
Mindfulness has helped people face their fears
So many have sat where I now sit
Each one of them my sister and brother in spirit
Fashions come and go
But for all we know
Mindfulness has stood the test of time
It is like a fountain
It can make you strong
Strong like a mountain
