Postmodernism

Have you ever heard anything
just talked about
and talked about
 ... and talked about
until you almost
think you might have
a good knowledge of it.  

But then you realize one day
you didn't know anything,
because it just
popped into your head
out of the blue and proved itself.  

Im talking about
...what everyone was talking about.    

Postmodernism:
To the poets.  
It dawned on me just this morning.  
I don't like it.  

Im simple minded
and prefer to be
left alone with the classics.
