Surrender to remember

I am a speck of dust on a string of settled nothingness.

Blistered I drift, relentless I seek, from town to town,
snatching souls, alone on the road of emptiness.

I settle on the edge of breath. Where loneliness excells on platforms of knowing.
I trail on the backs of breeze.
Superman couldn't keep up with me.

A hue reduced to fine particles,
disintegrating fine powder.I lay, hidden in the midst of patient hearts.

Barely visible amongst the lines of fading.
I pull in many.

No where to retreat,
No where to hide,
leaving the world behind. Impatient and perpetually,
fenced in,furrowed,dusty raw.

I am a speck of dust.

The more you silence me,try to deny me.
The more I settle down on solid ground.

"If the doors of perception were cleansed, every thing would appear to man as it is,infinite.
For man has closed himself up,till he sees all things through narrow chinks of his cavern."----

A line of 'The Marriage of Heaven and Hell',written by William Blake.
