Dichotomy of Mind and Heart

I love the two questions you asked about the mind and heart.
Very interesting topic.
This one was a real thought provoker, in my mind, does science
take away from or add to art.

Thanks for checking it out.  The whole "science before art" thing, and legal documents and the notion that some thinkers think that you can separate the heart from the mind is absurd.  That's why I wrote on this topic.  Analysis still takes a reason behind it to want to observe and define.  A person would still be hypothesizing or guessing as a means to answer a question, if they designed an experiment or whatever.  In that, they have a motive and intent, and an opinion or a guess.  That involves conviction and emotion, which is a matter of the heart.  You simply can't separate the heart from anything human.  You can try to use fancy words to make something look logical and literal, but even in intellectualism, there is heart.  It's difficult to explain exactly what I mean, but I'm still convicted that the heart is a part of everything a person can do.  The major thing about it is LEARNING the right control of the heart, and not just assuming you can separate it.

Yeah, it's not really a topic that's generally discussed.  Some people try to think they can dismiss the heart with the mind, or reason, excuse, and justify things logically and rationally as to not properly deal with the shame or need for correction.  That's both mind and heart sharing in that problem, to me, heh.  Anyway, yeah, the heart needs to be more understood overall.  It's in everything humans do.

A fantastic piece. The combination of the two should definitely get hitched and become one. I think it would benefit both parties. The wording is superb.

Thanks a lot.  I guess it's really just semantical interpretation, but yeah, I think it's impossible to separate heart from mind.  The problem with the heart is that it becomes numb, ignorant, calloused, and hard.  That can lead to the very idea of separating it from the human element of consciousness.  People do indeed do stupid things because of the heart, but it's still an important part and function of being human.  In any kind of work, if the right control is there, the heart reflected in it can be profoundly inspiring.  It just takes the right control.  Like I wrote about in the comment above, I'm convicted of the heart.  If there is the right soundness of mind and balance in emotion, the combination of the two in any topic or subjection can be seen as a willingness to be passionate about creating or creation.  Anyway, I'll leave it at that.

You said many different trues in just a few words. ART is the moment, the happening, the frontier. Art is the scales on the dragon's skin. Dragon is the scorching name of science. Humans are a the result of such marriage of science and art.
