SUCKING BALLS

The small talk was
lingerig, moving from
subjects to subject.
It was an exercise
in passing the time
on a Transatlantic flight.
One question changed
the direction of our conversation.
"Have you ever sucked balls?"
"What?"
"I mean Gumballs made from
sweetened  flavored confection."
The question took both of
us back to our childhood.
My seat friend was a
candy sales person.
