Broken Hearted

They often say a broken heart
Feels like a heart attack.
Actually that is just the beginning.

Your eyes constantly have the sensation of water flowing through them as if they have become a waterfall of pain rolling your checks and face.

Imagine a faucet dripping water that you've tried to cut off a million and one times to no avail. At times there is a blank stare where your mind goes nowhere.

As you try to place the shattered pieces of your heart back together through the mayhem and disarray of your reality. You often ask yourself will I be the person I was before or a version of yourself you don't recognize.

Lioness/Lion or Lamb
Surviver or Lay down and Die
Conquerer or Conquered

As you climb out of your funk; you may waver in the middle and never become whole again or you may take back Your Energy and Everything that goes along with it that was taken from you.

Don't became the pages that someone else has written for you. Become what was unwritten and untold. You tell your story the way you want it to be read on how you pieced your Heart, Mind and Spirit back together again.
