Drunk on Chance

I am drunk on the chance of my brief writes      
as my pen chases its shade 'cross this page,      
to a future as some bright leading  light      
     
Of fame as these writes write light to my nights      
and I am hailed the greatest of an age      
I am drunk on the chance of my brief writes...      
     
as I believe I will reach greater heights      
and take my rightful place on the world's stage      
to a future of some bright leading light      
     
and my blessed pen writes ' you have this right      
and if need be write yourself to great rage '      
I am drunk on the chance of my brief writes      
     
as I vow to pen to struggle and fight      
to our famousness of this war we wage      
go to a future of some leading light      
     
I  see in the vision of my Pen's sight      
if we can breakout of this 'lectronic cage      
I am drunk on the chance of my brief writes      
and to the future of some leading light.
