Life’s Agast

Life’s Just Agast!

Ardenous ordeal,
a poignant belligerence,
revenant mistress!

willingly waddle,
presumptions inadequate,
burning delicate!

The sun's prejudice,
icarus' atrocities,
melting my cities!

wondering what is?
crashes and thrashers, is it not?
probing whilst its hot!

A rouse no other,
birds and their pretty feathers,
painful, why bother?

do let it be still,
for it, the river runs deep,
never ever to heel!

such the spectacle,
tepid dust to belittle,
my feet it whittles!

amore, beware!
mighty clapback, be aware,
my soul its laid bare.

muttering all gusts,
to survive you surely must,
oh life's just agast!
