Star Crossed II
By Souladareatease and Grace

HERO:
Boreas’ tantrum fills the dusk
Roars of anger, what ails he
Perchance bitter of Leander
Love of my heart, my passion
Lending surcease to my burning
Kindled by thirst for carnal bliss

LEANDER:
Beckoning light in Turquoise Tower
beacon so bright, the purposed night
Stands land opposite Hope
Heart of heart, soul of Soul
Wind blow of wicked cold
Poseidon, keep me from waters deep

HERO;

The day grows late
On this window, my candle bright
To show path to Leander in the night
In many grains, he shall refrain
Adage of love on parched frame
Oh fie, the candle embraces night

LEANDER:
Blackened night burned cold
A candle kept steer me though
Skin of Abydos sheath me safe this night
Guide me swift true distant hue
Lake of knives stab me through
Journey I make despite of thee

HERO:
Oh my heart beats with trepidation
Oh Selene would that thou shine
Or impulse Hemera on,
I fear for my beloved, lost
In the embraces of naiads
Sealed with their loving kisses

LEANDER:
Oh Hero, adrift from thee pleas
mine ears flood pressured deep drums
weep now as the pounding beats loves distance
Mastered by a lake now Hades babe
Reach for my Love cold stolen
As Love still holds in loneliness caverns

HERO:
Oh Leander, thine husk water lapped
ravaged by naiads and casted away
O gods served and betrayed, hear my plea
Allow life flow on this my beloved
Or take mine, allow me succour
For without Leander, there is no Hero

LEANDER:
O Hero, spun gold upon heart
Now spent in shadowy gloomed hall
My soul alive cries for here love is
How turns this trick, side by side
Be it Hades mist kissing pride
For surely this be the path eternity

HERO:
O so cold rest I here since Selene reigned
Heart’s dusts, would that I joined thee
My Leander, my Love, so cold in death!
O but who art thou stranger so familiar
Art thou Leander, my drowned love
Or Euphrosyne’s jester’s laughter

LEANDER:
So blown by the deep spirited here, we keep
Souls bond ,Hope and Leander in clasp
Look to me Hyacinth high know our place
Be it left from air but we stare
Always, together mirrored panes image kiss
Aion and Aionios loves composite

HERO:
The tale is done, Hero and Leander joined
Bond of Desire Born of Love
Gone Us now, there be only One
Leave trails spark for everyone.
