A Mother's Might
A pureness;
I shall protect you
from the pain and trials
of this world.
Not ever doubt you
those round cheeks in smiles
sweetest of my world.
Your cuteness;
Is most definitely unrivaled
no question
affection always entitled.
I hope you'll live a happy life
No pain nor trials to stop your path
In a long journey such as life
Make sure to learn yourself some math!
Success and ever blessed luck
Meet ones to share your love
But never give it away for a few buck
Cherish your heart, save for those who deserve.
I will always love you with all my might,
My sweet, my life, my blood!

Beautiful words! I like how your poem flows and how I could feel your passion throughout. A mother's poem is not a theme I come across, sad to say. But would be welcomed if as well penned as this.

I agree with you, I haven't read much of motherhood, but I just had a sudden urge about moms and their love for their child.. it's a beautiful thing.

I have an intuitive feeling that a child with you as their mother would be very fortunate indeed. The love in your heart glows through your words. There is a light in your poetry that shines as warm as the sun to bring joy to my heart.
