The Mask Of Lies
The Fragile Flesh Of Elegance
From the deep empty souls
That need much to be filled
Delusions of the grandeur
Push their sickness to be spilled
Some of them build castles
Of princess in fairy realms
Stories full of chaotic hustle
Dreams of acting in real films
They conceive a maze of riddles
Where they lie like wise sphinx
With poetic words, love to twiddle
Bewildered by their own ego, methinks.!
But, the future will surely spark
When the tricks will be revealed
And those who hide in the dark
The truth will expose their real ID.
Do never swaddle your real self
Inside a lofty pearly glassy dome
Come down on earth from your shelf
True poetry, is reality of the roam
Unmask the face your lurk behind
Show the real self not fake persona
There will come a time then to find
The empty entity of the faked kind
Useless poetic manipulation you do
Around an empty shell on the shore
The full shells live in deep sea if you know
If they surface, can bring pearls on the show

Yes - like those donning multiple profiles and pretending to be someone they’re not for clout & attention. Hmm. Desperate much ! It’s rather nauseating yet tragic for those who embark on that journey.
