In Her Girlish Wistful Gaze
In her girlish wistful gaze,
She now laments those fleeting days.
Youth's whispered echos, soft and clear,
Her innocence fades, replaced by fear.
Regret looms like clouds from her past,
Her youthful lust is all that lasts.

Oh, those powerful legs and flat tummy. I've lost so much recently but it will be worth it in the end. Thank you for your kind comments.
I won't comment about the tummy, but you can certainly keep what I consider are your athletic legs if you exercise. I took up exercise running when I was 60 four years ago and I like the effect they have had on my own legs, which are anyway used to cycling and walking. (The picture in my present avatar was taken on my first completed 5k run when 62.).

Yes. I'm walking a lot and jogging a little each morning. Glad that you're staying in shape. Makes living more fun doesn't it.
