For us the suicidal

In the space of time we lose our pace, fall out of place and fail to win the race.
For some tears are the only comfort because they bring warm memories with them, memories of the good old days before things went wrong, before she belonged to someone else and before everything became nothing. Life is known by some as a joyous thing but for us, the broken hearted, the suicidal, life is just another hurtful moment. How do we change all that when everything is wrong, where do we start and when do we take a break? Who do we tell or complain to when the source of our being turns out to be the source of our downfall. We know theory says there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I guess there comes a point where you just have to stop trying because it hurts too much to hold on anymore. We know now that it is what it is and life is what you make of it because you start life with a clean slate. Then you begin to make your mark. You face decisions, make choices. You keep moving forward. But sooner or later there comes a time where you look back over where you have been and wonder who you really are. I know what it’s like to want to die; how it hurts to smile; how you try to fit in but you can't; how you hurt yourself on the outside; to try to kill the thing that is in the inside. If you can't solve it, it isn't a problem - its reality. And sometimes reality is the hardest thing to understand and the thing that takes the longest to realize. But once it hits you in the face you'll never forget it. It will always be there in your memories and sometimes that is the best way to look at it. Some things are strange because God gave us pain to remind us that we still alive, that we humans. All we need to do is believe and not to hold on because we will let go at some point if we hold on. Our generation has had no Great war, no Great Depression. Our war is spiritual. Our depression is our lives.
