Anathema Dreams

“Suffering can be an individual’s own personal torment
The same as one with a weak stomach witnessing a dog lick vomit,
“Hypnotized by the sick sound and gross sight seen
Wishing for all of it to immediately end in a waking dream,

“Bathed in Leviathan’s light that shines midnight black
Reading the soul while being bombarded by an Anathema attack,
“Seeping deep into every physical and spiritual pore
A marvel of engineering until discarded into oblivion forevermore,

“Why was a nation impregnated with chaos?
Sins amplified as evil was junkie injected non-stop,
“Spreading like a cancer that washed up upon shores of blood
No emotion, mutilated with bones mixed with discolored mud,

“Terrified, we may stumble along an angry unforgiving sea
But escape is impossible, because our dark soul we cannot flee,
“Along with our everyday living clothing of flesh
Unless the foolish chose suicide for an eternal rest,

“The same as God’s chosen practice genocidal doom
Now their fate of existence on an apocalypse cloud loom,
“The same as the Roman Empire when it was brought to their knees
Before the hands of their surrounding enemies begin to squeeze,

“Willingly or otherwise we will all have severed
From birth, parents, school, jail, job or spiritual word,
“Either with love, hate or biblically twisted
Hard life and dark experiences have been our personal witness,

“Who among us will live to an ancient age, before the afterlife call?
Stained with permanent blood from sliding down the vaginal wall,
“Knowledge unknown until knowledge is fed
But many will remain stupid until they are on full dead,

“Many of us will try and fail walking the path of light
Fooled by illusionary righteousness unknowingly surrounded by night,
“But still we learning the answer can be an unwanted lesson
Especially, if we could never comprehend the question”.
